Conference dates: Thursday 6 December – Saturday 8 December 2018.
Payment of all services must be made PRIOR to the event.
Bookings for both Trader and Sponsorship packages will receive a 20% discount off the total amount!
Please return the following to DATTA Vic by Friday 26 October 2018 –
- Completed Sponsor and Trader Registration Form
- Artwork and advertising copy, including company contact details (Logos as eps file)
- 300 satchel inserts to be delivered to DATTA Vic ATTN: Laura Murphy – Level 2, 90-96 Maribyrnong Street FOOTSCRAY VIC 3011 by close of business Friday 16 November 2018.

A Standard Exhibition Space for 3 days includes –
- 2.5m x 3.5m exhibition space
- 1 x display table (1.8m long x 0.75m)*
- 1 x display board (1.2m wide x 1.8m high)*
- 1 x satchel insert (single A4)
- Access to power & Wi-Fi
- Catering for two people each day*
- Trader listing in the conference program
- Contact details of conference delegates
*Any additional tables, boards or catering will incur extra costs.

Advertising in the program will only be available to the two Program Sponsors.
