An experienced technology educator who has worked across a range of educational settings that include Catholic, Government, NESA and TAFE sectors of education. I am passionate about STEM in education for both teachers and students.  I am currently working on projects in the use of emerging technologies in the classroom to develop problem solving, creative and critical thinking skills.  In addition to classroom teaching my experience extends to developing, setting and assessing quality HSC examinations nationally, curriculum writing for assessment tools in VET education and convenor for VETIS IT VET competition. As a Stage 6 (Years 11-12) subject specialist, I have over 14 years experience in leading and supporting students through the design process of creating and producing innovative, future focused projects with design portfolios that lead to exemplary student academic achievement.

Goals:

*Promote technology and skill development for staff for implementation in the classroom.

*Lead the development of  problem solving, creative and critical thinking and explicitly teaching skills which will enable staff and students to manage ambiguity in an ever changing technological world .
