WA Secondary Design & Technology Teacher and Teacher in Charge of Design & Technology 7-10 Peter Moyes Anglican Community School.

I am passionate about D&T Education and very keen to see students develop in their work, no matter of context, in Design & Technology. Having taught in Country WA Schools with a VET focus and now in a Metropolitan School, I still enjoy guiding students through their design and production of projects across all years.

Goals: I would like to see the reinvention of D&T Teachers and see our section of our teaching profession drop traditional stereotypes to attract new teachers with a range of ideas. Some of the work done in the past few years both at State and National Level has begun this work, but there is still more to do.

I am busy with teaching across year 7-12 and also about to mentor another 4th year D&T Pre-Service Teacher and am looking forward to that journey.
